We recommend that you write down all the desired profile characteristics, divided into a few sections onto a piece of paper. That will create an overview for yourself. These profile characteristics are requested from your members with various questions when they are setting up the profile.
You use the managing system when you have decided the profile characteristics and the desired headings. You make the headings first and you can add the questions to it later. Mistakes can happen. You can easily adjust everything.
