- You decide the profile characteristics
- You then add the categories
- Add all the questions to the categories
- All question types are possible
We recommend that you write down all the desired profile characteristics, divided into a few sections onto a piece of paper. That will create an overview for yourself. These profile characteristics are requested from your members with various questions when they are setting up the profile.
You use the managing system when you have decided the profile characteristics and the desired headings. You make the headings first and you can add the questions to it later. Mistakes can happen. You can easily adjust everything.
Once you have mapped the profile characteristics with sections, you can enter them via the management system. Let’s start with adding the headings. Open the matchmaker -> groups. Now you can add your desired category via a straightforward screen.
You have to assign a type per category. This will decide where the questions will be asked within the category. you can choose ‘about me’ and ‘who I am looking for’. The ‘about me’ questions will be shown on the profile. The ‘I am searching for’ questions will not be shown but used to match.
This is easy. Go to the matchmaker. Choose the option ‘new’. A new screen will open. Add the desired question and choose the desired question type. You can choose between open question, a question with a closed answering possibility, multiple choice, a location question, and a date question.
As you already know, there are different questions that you could add. Each question has its own purpose. The purpose will be shown below:
