Your members don't want to be bothered by others. But what if it still happens? Your members can just block them. This mostly solves the problem. However, your member has kept some irritations which should be avoided. Therefore, members can report misuse.

When a report comes in, one of your administrators can analyse the situation. When the member has crossed the line, you can decide to block the member from the platform. This can be based on profile, e-mail address, and IP Address.
