Change Automatic Debit Account Number

Changing the account for automatic debit requires action from the account holder, as they need to approve the mandate for automatic debit. To pay your subscription with a different account, you must cancel the old subscription and start a new subscription on the new account.

How can I change my account?


Follow these steps to change your account:

  • Step 1: Log in to your account on
  • Step 2: Go to "Membership"
  • Step 3: Cancel your current subscription by clicking on the trash icon.
  • Step 4: Return to the "Membership" section and order a new subscription with the correct account.

After following these steps, you will have activated a new subscription on the correct account.

To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend canceling your membership at least 24 hours before the new debit date and then starting the new subscription. This will ensure a smooth transition to the new account.
